Services Offered
Agape Roofing LLC provides roofing assessments, repairs, replacements, and related services. All work is subject to availability, weather, and site conditions. Project estimates are based on current information.
Customer Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, allow access to your property, and keep the work area clear. Failure to do so may delay or affect the quality of the service.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are estimates and subject to change based on material costs or unforeseen conditions. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a job with 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee to cover preparation costs. We’ll notify you promptly if we need to delay or cancel due to weather or safety issues.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. All installations come with a written warranty covering workmanship for up to 10 years. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer.
Limitation of Liability
Agape Roofing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We do not assume responsibility for property damage beyond our direct work.
Indemnification
You agree to protect and defend Agape Roofing LLC from claims arising from your actions, negligence, or failure to follow safety rules during a project.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our site with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
